Dominoni company was established more than 60 years ago in a small village in Po Valley.
In the post-war period, with the advent of mechanization Mr. Dominoni, who is keen on mechanics and has got a workshop at his own disposal, decides to build a corn header for his combine.
Being a thresher well aware of the problems found in the fieldwork, he begins to work on the prototype, with the idea of making it very robust, not subject to breaking, and for working the best way possible. This concept will become the imperative to drive future generations.
The spread of the corn header is helped by the neighbours, who, watching the machine at work, ask Mr. Dominoni to make one for them too.
In this way Dominoni’s job shifts from thresher to manufacturer of agricultural machinery.
